Warsaw is located in an area that was originally inhabited by Native American Indians. Eventually, settlers of European descent entered the territory and constructed a wood-frame courthouse and homes. These were the first buildings of Warsaw. In 1837, a stone street was constructed. The construction of these establishments and the road were due to the success of two railroads that crossed on the southeast edge of Warsaw. This attracted many individuals to the town and spurred its growth.

Throughout the months of winter, temperatures will dip well below freezing. Also, snowfall is common throughout the winter seasons. Heat pumps are best suited to keep individuals warm and safe inside their homes when temperatures drop. When temperatures rise, central air conditioning units help individuals stay cool in their homes. Heat waves are not uncommon in Warsaw. When they pass through the city, temperatures will rise to the 90s. Because of these weather patterns, residents should have access to central air conditioning units.
